In his artwork he likes to incorporate symbolism, surrealism, the intrinsic, mystical & visionary themes, indigenous cultures & disruptive activism.
He finds his inspiration & purpose through his life experiences, storytelling & teachings of elders,
cultural- & spiritual insights, conversations with radical aRTISTS & disruptive ACTIVISTS
and the global revolt and resistance of indigenous- & oppressed peoples today.
“..When I’m not making art, I like to explore,
I enjoy deep talks, indigenous philosophy,
unconventional / disruptive thinking,
Exploring new ideas,
live music,
singing (Maluku) songs
& 4 glasses of whisky,
at a nightly campfire
on full moon..”
